Q:  Are my donations to the Sawtooth Oak Farms Hunt tax deductible?

A:  YES!!  We are a 501c3, a charitable organization, and your donations are 100% tax deductible. 

 

Q:  If I am drawn to be a hunter for an event, how much will it cost me?

A:  We provide hotels, licenses, lunch, and supper each day of the event. You will be responsible for other meals and the travel to and from the event. 

 

Q:  As a disabled hunter, do I need to get my NC Hunting License and my Big Game Score Card if I am coming to an event?

A:  No!! We take care of that for you.

 

Q:  How long has Sawtooth Oak Farms Hunt been helping the disabled community? 

A:  Since 2006

 

Q:  How can I get involved?

A:  There are many ways to be involved in Sawtooth Oak Farms Hunt. If you are disabled, you can register to attend an event as a VIP!! We really try to make sure our hunters are All Stars all weekend! We also need guides (within a 1hr radius from Sawtooth Oak Farms) to allow us to give more disabled folks the opportunity to get back to something they loved or experience a new something that gives them independence, freedom, and a community of folks to rely on as friends and resources. We need local property owners that are willing to open their property for a guide to take a disabled hunter. We rely wholly on Sponsors and would welcome you to sponsor. We also are 100% volunteer operated! Volunteers make this event the huge success that it is. It simply takes a village and we would welcome you to our team. 

 

Q:  How can I become a sponsor?

A:  There are actually many ways. You can make a payment to Sawtooth Oak Farms Hunt. 

Shirt Sponsors are $100 and include your name or logo on the T-Shirts for that year.                                                                                       Trackchair Sponsors are $500 and up and that gets your name/logo on the shirts as well as your name listed on the 2000 tickets 60/30 gun raffle we sell each year in October.  We giveaway 2 guns every day in November and then 2 more bonus guns the night of the event.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Many sponsors donate items such as Trackchairs, bait corn, food, propane, firewood, dumpster services, auction or raffle items, etc. Please contact us with questions.Â
